By default, we offer each Hexan a modern laptop and appropriate accessories. A one-time stipend of up to $750 is provided to configure a home and/or office workspace; and a $200 workstation stipend is provided every two years thereafter.

This budget can be used toward any valid expense that facilitates productivity and comfort while doing Hex business at home or in one of our hubs.

For WFH setup, this can include desks, chairs, monitors, headphones, stands, cameras, keyboards, adapters, or other accessories.

For an office setup, we provide a desk, chair, monitor, camera, and basic cables, but this can cover a special keyboard, mouse, or headphones.

Every employee will have a workspace budget Ramp card automatically provisioned. If an employee leaves voluntarily before 1 year of service with Hex, items are subject to return upon departure.
