Medical insurance

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Hex covers 99% of premiums for employees, and 85% for dependents. Hex also offers a high deductible health plan, which comes with a meaningful employer contribution to the HSA.

Insurance benefits are administered through Rippling, which you can access on your first day. Hexans can change their plan elections annually during each open enrollment cycle, or within 30 days of a qualifying life event.

Mental health

With enrollment in one of our Guardian plans, you also get access to mental health and wellness services through Spring Health. This benefit includes pre-paid therapy visits and unlimited access to their in-app wellness exercises such as mindfulness and meditation.

Retirement investment

We offer generous, tax-advantaged retirement savings plans.

Hex offers a 401k plan with a 4% company match. You can choose between Traditional 401(k) & Roth 401(k) plans to make the best decision for investing in your future.

Hex automatically enrolls folks into short and long term disability insurance, as well as life insurance.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

Hex also offers pre-tax spending accounts related to your healthcare, dependent care, and commuter travel/parking.
