Initial hello! (30 min)

This is a friendly, low-pressure conversation to get to know each other. No prep required.

We’ll:

• Share more about Hex, our Brand Design team, and the Web pillar
• Learn about your background, interests, and what you’re hoping to grow into next
• Talk at a high level about your experience with web, brand, or marketing design

Hard skills

ROUND TWO

Portfolio Panel Presentation (1 hour)

You’ll walk us through 2–3 case studies that represent your web or digital work. Please plan for ~45 minutes of presentation and ~15 minutes of Q&A. You’ll be joined by 2–3 Hex teammates from Brand and Marketing.

We’re especially interested in:

• Your role and level of ownership
• How you think about UX, visual design, and storytelling
• How the work was implemented and shipped (constraints, tradeoffs, collaboration with engineering)
