In this session we’re looking to understand who you are as a design leader. Plan for a brief intro (~5 minutes) to you, your background, and your leadership ethos and 2-3 case studies (~40 mins) that represent your strategic and creative range. We also recommend planning for 15 minutes of questions and answers at the end.

In this session, you’ll work through planning for a new feature launch alongside Product Design and Marketing. We're looking for how you think, collaborate, and lead.
In this session, we want to understand your managerial style, and how you approach both performance management and professional development. You will be speaking to Jamie, a senior brand designer.
In this session, we are eager to learn a bit more about how you think about brand as a differentiator. We would like to understand how you think about crafting a generational brand and how Hex can capture that opportunity.
Team coffee is an opportunity to meet more members of the team. You’ll sit down and get to know existing design team members. We are curious about who you are outside of work, what is important to you, what you are passionate about.
