Initial hello! (30 min)
This is a “getting to know you” chat for both parties. You’ll learn more about Hex and the people behind it. We will learn more about your past experience + hopes and dreams for your career.
ROUND TWO
Portfolio Panel Presentation (1 hour)
You’ll walk through 2-3 case studies that demonstrate your skills, design process, your role specifically, who was involved, the outcomes, and challenges. Please allow for questions throughout. We recommend planning for 15 mins of questions and answers. You will be joined by 2-3 Hex employees.
Demo (30 min - optional)
Get a demo of Hex and learn about our users from one of our passionate product experts.
ROUND THREE
Design Process and Working Cross-functionally (Two 30 min sessions)
You'll chat with one or two folks from Hex about the design process and how you work with others around the organization to get things done.
